The Residence

A BEAUTIFUL CORNER OF PEACE

The residence consists of six spacious apartments equipped with every comfort.

Four are located on the ground floor, the other two are on the first floor.

In addition to the complete equipment for each apartment, for the use of guests who request it we provide a high chair for babies and a cot.

 

Guests have access to covered parking spaces, a common laundry room located in the basement, a garden with gazebo and deck chairs.

A large garage is located on the lower floor, here it is possible to store bicycles and equipment used during activities on the lake.

Bed linen and towels are on request with a surcharge.

The residence is located in a quiet location a five-minute walk to the town center and 150 meters from the lake.

The bus stop, the train station, food shops, the local tourist office are easily reachable in a short time.

We would like to remind guests that pets are not accepted in the residence to ensure the tranquility of all present.

The rental period runs from July to September , with the possibility of dividing your stay into weekly periods.

STRUCTURE REGULATION

1. The balance of the lease must be paid upon delivery of the keys, at the beginning of the lease itself.

2. All prices are intended per week and include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning of the apartment.

3. The prices do not include bed linen and towels which must be requested at the time of booking. The surcharge is: € 10.00 per person per week.

  

4. Guests are reminded that pets are not accepted in the residence, to ensure the tranquility of all present.

5. During their stay, guests are required to avoid harmful behavior towards those present and to respect silence at the times indicated.

5. The apartment is rented for the number of people declared at the time of booking. A supplement will be applied for each additional seat.

 

6. The apartment is considered booked upon payment of the deposit which must not exceed 30% of the agreed price. In the event of cancellation, the owner has the right to withhold the deposit paid in the following measures: 30% with at least 60 days notice; 50% with at least 40 days notice; no refunds after these terms.

 

7. The apartment is available to guests from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the agreed departure day.

 

8. Delayed occupation of the apartment does not entitle the guest to extend the stay beyond the established day or to reimburse the agreed price for the unused period of stay. Likewise, in the case of early departure, the guest will not be entitled to any refund for the days of non-stay. In case of booking with payment of the deposit, the owner must keep the apartment available until 10.00 on the day following that established for arrival.

 

9. At the end of the lease the apartment must be left clean and in the same condition in which it was delivered at the beginning of the stay, it being understood that otherwise, the expenses necessary for the accommodation will be charged to the customer.

 

10. The property is not responsible for damage caused to people or things during the period of stay inside the residence

 

11. The property is not responsible in the event of theft occurring inside the apartments.

 

12. For anything not expressly provided for here, reference should be made to the provisions of the civil code and the provisions of the sectoral laws as far as applicable.

 

13. Payment methods: postal order or bank transfer.
